How To Use the Emergency Button in Your MINI | by MINI How-To

 This video shows you that the SOS button in your MINI houses the Intelligent emergency call. You can press and hold it to reach the MINI Call Centre or the public emergengy services. In case of an accident the system may also trigger automatically. When an emergency call is sent via MINI, data will be transmitted to the emergency call centre in order to decide what rescue measures are required.


Emergency Request (SOS): Push the SOS button to send your location and vehiclei nformation to our Response Center. 

In Some cases, your MINI calls automatically. We can request help on your behalf, direct you to the nearest hospital or polices tation, or notify emergency contacts.

Advanced Real-Time Traffic Info. (ARTTI):

Streamline your trip with the latest traffic

information along your route as well as in the

area. Easily view traffic flow and nearby

events, such as construction and accidents, to

always keep you connected with the roads

around you.


TeleService (Service Request): Your vehicle’s

service status and needs are transmitted

automatically or manually upon your request.

Your MINI Service Advisor then contacts you

to schedule a convenient appointment.


MINI Connected App: Stay on time, in

touch, and in control with the MINI

Connected App. This all-in–one app helps

you avoid Traffic, share arrival time with

friends, lock or unlock your MINI, and

more.



Remote Services: Locking, unlocking or

sending destinations to your MINI can be

operated remotely through the MINI

Connected App or a call to MINI Assist.

Also, with Stolen Vehicle Recovery, MINI

Assist can help police to find your vehicle

in the event it is stolen.
