Ex-Infiniti, Jeep boss Christian Meunier tapped to lead Nissan’s U.S. turnaround, sources say

According to two people familiar with the plan, Meunier will replace Jeremie Papin as Nissan Americas chairperson and oversee the Infiniti and Nissan brands in the wider region, while Papin will become the company's global CFO.
