China Is Getting the Updated Tesla Model Y First      Five years after the Model Y arrived on the scene, it's time for a mid-cycle facelift for one of Tesla's most popular models.    But the US won't be getting it first among the major world regions where the crossover is produced. And Tesla isn't exactly known for smooth transitions while refreshing its admittedly aging lineup.    The 2025 Model Y, codenamed Juniper, is now going into production in China, with Europe up next, promising a bit more range and a revised suspension meant to smooth out the ride. And they've been stealing the charging cables themselves, even though there's not that much copper in them to begin with.    Now, ChargePoint is rolling out what could be a theft-proof charging cable, combining a number of different technologies to prevent cable theft.    But will these measures be enough? READ THE FULL STORY Telo Partners with Aptera to Put Solar Panels on Its Electric Pickup Trucks      The EV truck market has certainly lost some steam over the past year, even with the arrival of the Tesla Cybertruck, which is now receiving quite a few incentives to keep inventory moving.    More choices are on the way in the next couple of years, including from Ram and Scout, to name a couple. And they all could be just as large and expensive as the models we've received so far.    But another EV truck is in the works—it's the pocket-sized Telo, and it makes a lot of sense on paper even though it has yet to reach production.
