CDK agrees to pay $630 million to settle vendor antitrust suit

CDK Global has agreed to pay $630 million to settle an 8-year-old class-action lawsuit alleging the dealership management system company had conspired with a rival to inflate data-access fees for third-party vendors. The settlement must be approved by a federal judge.
