Keep Reuters emails at the top of your inbox

With iOS 18.2, your inbox looks different

Hi,   Thank you for being a loyal reader of Reuters newsletters. We appreciate your readership and hope that you find our newsletters to be informative and insightful.    If you are using the latest version of Apple Mail that came with the iOS 18.2 update, you'll notice that emails are now bucketed into various folders: Primary, Transactions, Updates, Promotions and All Mail. Reuters newsletters may be falling into the "Updates" or "Promotions" folders.   To keep Reuters emails at the top of your inbox, please consider moving the newsletters into the "Primary" folder. Here are step-by-step instructions: Open the Apple Mail app. Locate the categorized folders at the top of your screen, beneath the search bar. The tab with a speech bubble icon represents the "Updates" folder. The tab with a blowhorn icon represents the "Promotions" folder. Tap each tab to find where your Reuters newsletters have been categorized. Open the latest edition of the newsletter. Tap the ellipsis (...) menu in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Categorize Sender." Choose "Primary" to ensure future newsletters arrive in your Primary folder. Repeat this process for each Reuters newsletter if you receive multiple.
