Lane Following Assist (LFA): automatically adjusts steering to help keep the vehicle centred in its lane. This works together with the Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) function, which now detects road edges as well as lines.
Blind-spot Collision-avoidance Assist (BCA): uses radar to monitor rear corners and, if another vehicle is detected, a visual alert appears on the exterior mirrors. Where necessary, BCA acts on the differential brake to avoid a collision or reduce the impact damage.
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA): this autonomous braking function can now detect not only cars, but also pedestrians and cyclists.
Driver Attention Warning (DAW) is a driver protection feature which helps monitor driving patterns in order to detect fatigued driving and prevent potential accidents. This works in tandem with Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LDVA), which warns the driver when the vehicle ahead of them starts moving forward in cases where there is a delay to their reaction, for example at traffic lights.
Rear Cross-traffic Collision Assist (RCCA) sounds a warning in case of the risk of a rear collision from crossing vehicles while reversing.
Parking Collision-avoidance Assist - Reverse (PCA-R) automatically brakes in case of a collision risk in reverse with a pedestrian or an obstacle.
High Beam Assist (HBA) detects both oncoming vehicles and those in the same lane ahead at night, as well as changing to low-beam as appropriate, thereby reducing blinding effects on other drivers.
