A new era of electric driving.
The all-new all-electric CLA is the first model built on our new Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture. The CLA has been designed to operate on 800-volt DC chargers which are the quickest and most efficient chargers available, giving drivers the optimal charging experience. Mercedes-Benz Navigation with Electric Intelligence ensures that the driver is always directed to a compatible charging station. The focus is deliberately on the high-power charging infrastructure with 800 volts.
Mercedes-Benz Navigation with Electric Intelligence features algorithms to optimise your travel time and reduces the overall time spent charging, by exploiting the CLA’s maximum charging performance of 320kW.
MB.OS – a new operating system for the all-new CLA.
With the Mercedes-Benz Operating System, MB.OS, the all-new CLA is taking a significant leap in vehicle digitalisation. Its chip-to-cloud architecture connects infotainment, automated driving, body & comfort, and driving & charging systems, intelligently integrating various vehicle functions into the user interface. Furthermore it enables software updates over-the-air and on-demand activation of additional features, including driving assistance systems for the first time.
To enhance customer experience and simplify access, Mercedes-Benz categorises the technological intelligence of its vehicles into three distinct areas: MBUX, MB.DRIVE, and MB.CHARGE.
MBUX.
The fourth generation MBUX opens up a new world of personalised experiences and intuitive interaction between people and vehicle. It is the first in-car infotainment system to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) from both Microsoft and Google, thus uniting multiple AI agents in a single system. It offers maximum flexibility for the seamless integration of third-party content by keeping the signature Mercedes-Benz interface.
MB.DRIVE.
MB.DRIVE gives customers the opportunity to expand the functionality of advanced driver assistance systems. Starting with the MMA platform, the new CLA will be equipped with multiple sensors and cameras to enable partially automated driving up to SAE Level 2+ (in selected markets) and comfortable parking assistance. This allows customers to choose between two MB.DRIVE ASSIST and two MB.DRIVE PARKING ASSIST packages - either right from the point of vehicle handover, or conveniently on demand via software updates over-the-air.
MB.CHARGE.
With MB.CHARGE Public, customers with electric vehicles have access to attractive charging conditions that are flexibly tailored to individual mileage. Fixed prices at MB.CHARGE Public ensure maximum price transparency. In addition, MB.CHARGE Public users receive priority access to the charging network from Mercedes-Benz.
MBUX Virtual Assistant
Utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI), the new MBUX Virtual Assistant recognises emotions and can respond accordingly. As it gets to know you, it will learn from your routines and come up with proactive suggestions. The star avatar provides colour-coded animations to express moods and show empathy.
Navigation based on Google Maps
For the first time, navigation inside the new CLA is based on Google Maps data. This unique navigation solution combines core services from Google, like live traffic data, with the familiar user interface and services from Mercedes-Benz regarding charging and parking.
New intuitive User Interface The updated MBUX with new intuitive user interface enables you to complete most actions without leaving the home screen. Large icons and a simpler interface create an engaging and truly immersive user experience for driver and passenger with real-time graphics coming to life, powered by the Unity 3D-Engine.

Digital Extra: MB.DRIVE PARKING ASSIST
This package can help you find a parking space and assist you when manoeuvring into and out of a parking space. Real added convenience – when you're out and about in the city after a long day at work, for example, or looking for a parking space in an unfamiliar area.
Digital Extra: MB.DRIVE ASSIST
This package gets you started in the world of partially automated driving. Building on the extensive standard safety equipment, it supports you, for example, when steering and changing lanes. Your advantage: You get intelligent assistance in even more situations and arrive at your destination feeling more relaxed.
Pre-entry climate control Enjoy the ideal interior temperature as soon as you get into your CLA, by programming the pre-entry climate control via the Mercedes-Benz app or the in-car multimedia system. During winter it can also help defrosting your windows.
PRE-SAFE® system
In the event of an imminent accident, PRE-SAFE® takes measures that can reduce the strain on you and your passengers. For example, the system tightens the seat belts or closes the side windows. The innovative PRE-SAFE® Sound can protect the inner ear by dampening the noise of the accident.
Blind Spot Assist Blind Spot Assist can warn you of collisions with other road users: a plus in driving safety when changing lanes on multi-lane roads. The first warning level is triggered if an object is detected in the blind spot, the second if you nevertheless activate the turn signal indicator.
Lane keeping function
The lane-keeping function can warn you and steer your vehicle back into the lane if you unintentionally leave it. The system can also intervene if you come dangerously close to overtaking or oncoming vehicles. The lane-keeping function therefore increases road safety for you and other road users.
Brake Assist
This assistant can help you to avoid collisions with road users in front of your vehicle: with moving vehicles or vehicles stationary in your lane, as well as with moving pedestrians and cyclists. If you fail to brake in time, Brake Assist can perform an autonomous emergency braking.
Evasive steering function
The evasive steering function can help you with your evasive manoeuvres by providing situational steering assistance. The system can also recognise moving or stationary vehicles, cyclists or pedestrians in the lane. This system can make an important contribution to driving safety, especially in critical driving situations.
