Auto Emergency Braking Technologies
Standard Auto Emergency Braking w/ Pedestrian, Cyclist, & Intersection Turning Detection technology uses a front radar and camera to scan the road ahead for potential hazards while available Junction Crossing technology scans for vehicles in front that may be approaching from the left or right sides. Both are designed to alert the driver or, in certain circumstances, automatically apply the brakes to help prevent a collision.
Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist
If oncoming obstacles are detected while backing up, standard Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist can issue an alert to the driver or apply the brakes to help avoid a potential collision.
Blind-Spot Collision Warning

The standard system can help maintain a predetermined following distance from the vehicle detected ahead, adjust the driving speed , and can even bring the vehicle to a complete stop and start again within 3 seconds of stopping in certain circumstances. This feature can also adapt to changing speed limits and upcoming curves in certain circumstances.

- I just rented one of these through TURO. It was brand new 2024 and I LOVED it. My gripe is the navigation seems to be a few seconds delayed and you can not change the annoying voice of the navigation system.- Kia will redesign the Telluride for 2025 from the ground up with more fuel-efficient engines including a hybrid. It should be unveiled in November so buyers looking to buy this vehicle should just exercise a little patience. There will be deals for 2024 when 2025 arrives.
- This is the vehicle that pays the bills, so they don’t change it like they redesign everything else in their lineup. Why mess with success. If anything needs those square yellow lights for headlights surround 🤣
- Another “Selluride”/Pallisade review 😩. Can any car manufacturers make a decent car other than the Korean and Chinese/Japanese brands? American brands have terrible build quality and the Germans are too expensive for what you get and require a lot of maintenance. 🤷🏽♂️
