The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Grande Complication Openface is the outcome of a quest to integrate a grand complication mechanism into a sporty, elegant case.
AN EMBLEMATIC CALIBRE
A movement testament to Vacheron Constantin's savoir-faire, the Calibre 2755 QP brings together three major horological complications: a minute repeater, a tourbillon and a perpetual calendar. This last includes date, day, month and leap-year cycle indications that requires no correction before 2100 – a non-leap secular year. All while fitting its 602 components in a diameter of 33.30 mm.
HAUTE HORLOGERIE PROWESS
The challenge was to maintain the slender curves characteristic of Overseas timepieces, while adapting its lines to the Calibre 2755 QP and ensuring water resistance. The latter is particularly difficult to achieve in minute repeater calibres due to the sliding activation mechanism. These adaptations required 18 months of research and development and a complete redesign of the caseback. The resulting proportions of this new Overseas case – 44.5 mm in diameter for a height of 13.1 mm – deftly balance the collection’s adventurous character with a spirit of elegance.
A SPORTY AND CONTEMPORARY AESTHETIC
With its water-resistant titanium case and integrated bracelet, this grand complication model with an openworked dial upholds the technical and aesthetic codes of the Overseas collection. The pellucid sapphire dial reveals the movement's beauty and complexity, while rhodium-plated wheels and NAC treatments speak to its avant-garde spirit.
The model's titanium bracelet, fitted with a comfort system, can be swapped without tools for either of the two additional straps included – one in blue alligator, one in blue rubber.

- No soy partidario de los relojes esqueleto, si con tapa trasera de cristal y poder apreciar así el movimiento, pero en el caso de un Vacheron Constantin ..., no haría falta ni que tuviera agujas, la hora la podrías ver en el teléfono, pero poder apreciar esa maravilla, es algo realmente espectacular.
