WLTP values are used for assessing taxes and other vehicle-related charges that are (also) based on CO2 emissions, as well as for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies, if applicable. Where applicable, the NEDC values listed were calculated based on the new WLTP measurement procedure and then converted back to the NEDC measurement procedure for comparability reasons. They do not relate to any one particular vehicle, nor are they part of any offer made, rather they are solely for the purpose of comparing different kinds of vehicle.
Further information about the official fuel consumption and the specific CO2 emissions of new passenger cars can be taken out of the "Guide to Fuel Consumption, CO2 Emissions and Electricity Consumption of New Passenger Cars", which is available at all selling points and at https://www.gov.uk/co2-and-vehicle-tax-tools/ in the United Kingdom, https://www.dat.de/co2/ in Germany and or your local government authority.

A unique driving experience without compromise.
The ultimate blank canvas for the ultimate bespoke.
“One hundred years ago, Rolls-Royce launched the first motor car to bear the most evocative and enduring nameplate in its history: the Phantom. Across eight generations, the Phantom’s fundamental role as the pinnacle Rolls-Royce motor car has always been the same: to be the most magnificent, desirable and, above all, effortless motor car in the world – the best of the best. In many ways, the history of the Phantom is the history of Rolls-Royce: always moving with the times and the needs and requirements of its customers, transcending transient trends and providing the environment for the most remarkable performances of craft and art, all while resolutely refusing to compromise on fundamental engineering and design principles. We are proud to continue this tradition of excellence, elegance and serenity for the next 100 years,” said Chris Brownridge, CEO, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

The pinnacle of luxury, which all other vehicle brands are measured against of how luxurious they are. It does not matter. They will never be better than a Rolls Royce Phantom. Here is to a life time of this exquisite work of art.
But the original phantom was made by the different rolls royce which now makes aircraft engines, not the one owned by bmw. So technically the phantom you are showing in this video is just 20 years old.
What's with this lame ass CGI - this is the perfect opportunity to reference a mirror world reflecting on the original car 100 years ago. But nope they used the same videography someone would use on a vaccume cleaner. Half a million dollar car with a video production budget of $50- any 14 year old on insta reels could make a more interesting video. Dope car though, but step it up damnit.
