Find Out Why Nothing Moves you Like Mazda - Andrew & Leah

Find out why nothing moves you like the Mazda CX-90. With three rows of comfortable seating and refined craftsmanship, it's where driving performance meets award-winning safety.

MORE INFO
Every Mazda we create is designed around one thing, you. Each car isn’t just engineered to move you literally, but to do so emotionally too. We call this Jinba Ittai, meaning a sense of oneness between car and driver. Inspired by Japanese tradition it symbolises the oneness between horse and rider, something entirely natural, like a true extension of your being that brings pure driving pleasure. Part of that is appreciating how small things, and focusing on the details, can make a big difference.

We’ve brought this to life in a compellingly different way with our #MomentsThatMatter series. We invited three guests and a friend to take a moment out with vehicles from our CX range. They had time to connect with themselves and those that matter, stepping out of their day to day routine to experience something different, with Japanese traditions at the heart.

Each day started with a personalised Japanese wellness coaching session with Japanese wellness coach Saori, founder of Mogami (more details below). This was followed by a Japanese-inspired activity and the opportunity to reflect on the moments that matter to them.

@Shellandthelittlies: My Japanese wellness sessions with Mazda really made me accountable to making small changes and focusing on the details that can make a big difference to my wellbeing.
@themumlife_styled: I’m so grateful for the most beautiful reflective day and it has taught me to savour moments of calm, even if they are alone in the car with your favourite song or catching up with your friend.
@YoannaHanbury :.. a reminder for myself to take it easy and enjoy the small moments in life.

Saori Okada is a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, a 20-year student of Japanese calligraphy, and the author of a narrative memoir where she shares her journey to a more positive relationship with herself.
Mogami 最上 is on a mission to empower individuals' wellbeing by helping them discover, learn, and integrate the art of Japanese wellness into their daily lifestyles.
Saori: It is opportunities to work on meaningful projects like the "Moments That Matter" campaign that motivates me to continue to share this message of empowering individuals to find joy in the small moments.
We must remind ourselves and each other of the importance of presence and mindfulness, so we don't miss those moments that matter.

At Mazda, we embrace Japanese culture and heritage in everything we do, and our Moments That Matter days are no different, showcasing Japanese culture all in the perfect surroundings of the Mazda CX range.

- Mazda actually filmed not just one, but several different MX-5 models for an advert? What reality am I in? 😆
- Wow Mazda very good very speechless. “Choose to move” that a good motto title. But I was think maybe “luxurious that make you move”
- This is a great commercial !! Are there different videos? Are there different audio messages? Who is the narrator? I see the pro basketball player is featured.
- Just bought a new Mazda 3 sedan Select Sport and I'm in love, it makes me look forward to driving
- The seatbelt thing goes into the backseat. Dropping off kids, you need to make sure you're in park before they unbuckle or it'll think someone is in the seat and keep beeping until you turn the car off and back on. Also if a kid puts too much pressure on another seat it'll think someone isn't buckled there and beep until you put a buckle in an empty seat. cx90 scores really well in crash tests, so safety is there is a tradeoff with the annoying safety stuff by being a really safe place in the event of an accident.

- I have a 21 Rav4 Prime and it’s been great. I really like driving electric so my next car will be a BEV unless there is some kind of leap forward in the PHEV range. So I watch mostly car videos about EVs and some like to say that PHEVs are bad because people don’t plug them in. I’ve looked for any research supporting that here in the US and I haven’t found any. It’s been an issue in Europe where people were incentivized to buy/lease a PHEV that they really couldn’t plug in. I’ve heard that some owners of Wrangler 4xe’s buy them because it’s a good package for the price. So that could be true, but once again, I don’t see any data. In general I’d think that logically people who spend extra for the premium of having a plug in will plug it in, especially if it has usable range. I drive mine in EV mode as much as I can. In town it’s a great EV and on the freeway it’s a great hybrid that is very efficient. It’s not the nicest sounding vehicle to drive in town in hybrid mode, but I really only do that when I’m on a road trip and I’ve run out of EV range. I can charge it using the engine but that drops the efficiency from something like 35 mpg to about 21 mpg, so I rarely use it. If I was going for a 3 row right now I’d get a heavily discounted EV 9.
