Aston Martin at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025

Another year, just as glorious. The ultimate line up of performance at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025 has been a celebration of uncompromising design, unmistakable presence and the relentless pursuit of the edge of performance. This year, Aston Martin returned to unleash its most striking line-up of ultra-luxury performance cars ever to power up the iconic Goodwood Hill.

Taking centre stage, the new Vantage S made its public dynamic debut. Globally unveiled a day earlier, Vantage S carved up the Hill with raw energy and refined aggression.

Sharper, more agile, and more driver-focused than ever before, this latest evolution of Vantage reasserting its place at the pinnacle of Vantage’s performance line up. With 680PS* and 800Nm from its class leading V8, Vantage S is recalibrated for greater response. Carbon bonnet blades and a full-width rear decklid spoiler amplifies its presence. The solid-mounted subframe, advanced damper technology and lightweight options sharpening every command. Every corner, every gearshift, every note of its potent V8 resonated with a purity of purpose, thrilling the crowds and reaffirming the S legacy in spectacular style.

*Power output for China: 665PS, in accordance with local regulations.

Marking a new era, Valhalla took the stage for its UK dynamic debut, Aston Martin’s first mid-engine PHEV supercar, with hypercar performance. Valhalla captivated spectators with its Formula 1® inspired technologies, unprecedented aerodynamics and race-derived engineering, all combined with its radical design and exquisite detailing.

Following its global dynamic debut at the Monaco F1® Grand Prix with Fernando Alonso, its Principal Development Driver, behind the wheel, Valhalla’s run at Goodwood Festival of Speed signified a defining moment for the marque as it announced itself into a whole new category.

Aston Martin Valkyrie returned to howl up the infamous hill climb for the fifth consecutive year. This extraordinary road-going hypercar, a machine that redefined the impossible, once again set pulses racing. Its unmistakable form and spine-tingling V12 soundtrack echoed through the Sussex countryside, reaffirming its territory as one of the most extreme expressions of modern-day performance.

Paired with a further debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed for the Valkyrie Le Mans Hypercar. Road born, and derived from its purebred sibling, Aston Martin Valkyrie, the dynamic display brought the true spirit of endurance racing to the Hill. After competing at Le Mans and celebrating the brand’s return to top-level motorsport, the Valkyrie Hypercar is a visceral showcase of the track-bred innovation powering Aston Martin’s racing renaissance.

In the Supercar Paddock, ferocity met elegance with the first showcase of the V12 Vanquish Volante at the Festival of Speed, featured alongside DB12 Volante, both honouring over six decades of open-top artistry. Tracing their lineage back to the original 1965 Short Chassis Volante, these masterpieces continue a legacy defined by handcrafted design and impeccable dynamics.

Completing the showcase, DBX S made its debut in the First Glance paddock. Proudly bearing the S marque, DBX S is the purest performance expression of DBX yet. The fastest, most powerful SUV in its class.

With 727PS and 900Nm of torque, the more muscular silhouette of DBX S powered off the line hitting 0-62mph in just 3.3 seconds. A true display of dominance.

From the roar of the V12 Valkyries, the UK dynamic debut of Valhalla and the unveiling of Vantage S, Aston Martin’s presence at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025 was a powerful expression of performance, design and ambition. Every model on display, from iconic nameplates to flagship models, reaffirmed the brand’s uncompromising pursuit of the edge of performance.
