What is R Pass?
R Pass is a range of services for a specific vehicle including priority access for ordering a particular vehicle for a specific period before it is available to the general public. By ordering the vehicle during this period, R Pass guarantees you priority delivery of the vehicle compared with other vehicles with the same configuration. You also get other advantages specific to each vehicle.
How do I buy my R Pass?
R Pass is available online: click on the button to buy the R Pass for the vehicle you want. Log into or create your My Renault account, select your dealership, enter your contact details and make the payment to enjoy R Pass benefits for the vehicle in question.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number within 48 hours. Keep this number safe as you will need it to order your Renault vehicle before orders open to the general public.
I haven't received my confirmation email. Is there a problem?
It may take up to 48 hours for your email confirmation to appear in your inbox. It may also have gone to your spam folder.

Can I cancel my R Pass purchase?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing your R Pass. You can exercise this right by using the form appended to the T&Cs, which you can access from the confirmation email. You can no longer exercise this right once you have purchased your vehicle.

Is the price of the R Pass deducted from the price of the vehicle?
No, R Pass is separate from the vehicle purchase and its value is neither reimbursed nor deducted from the price of the vehicle or any other service related to the vehicle.
Do you need a My Renault account to buy an R Pass? Yes, you need a My Renault account. You can create one when you make your purchase if you don’t already have one.
You can then find your R Pass invoice and access Renault products and services for your vehicle.
You can also connect to the wt4 wt5 by reno app, the official Renault avatar, using your My Renault account and enjoy all the advantages of your R Pass.
